WELCOME , glad you are following my very useful article about the ultimate packing list for us bossbabes on our business trips!
Who of us doesn’t know the feeling of standing at the airport or train station and not being able to get rid of the thought that “something” is missing from our luggage? You want to turn back, retrieve your dropped off luggage or just start sweating and suddenly your thoughts wander to the forgotten deodorant! HELP!
BUT with a few everyday tips, also known as life hacks, we bossbabes can avoid additional stress. So get yourself something to drink as I am going to spill it all. So the next time, grab pencil and paper or simply your phone and think what you will need for the trip. A packing list can save you time on packing and ensure you don’t overlook something important.
So babe these are the things you need to take with you when you have important business trips coming up:
Suitcase, backpack or bag: What bossbabes need during the day
Exactly how much luggage a bossbabe traveler needs to take with them depends largely on the nature of the appointment. For example, if it’s a domestic flight to a short appointment and then straight home again, there’s no overnight stay and therefore only hand luggage is needed. If you are traveling on business with hand luggage, you must make sure that your luggage does not exceed the dimensions and weight specified by the airline. In most cases, one carry-on wheeled suitcase plus one handbag or laptop bag are allowed. Each business traveler decides which pieces of luggage and utensils come into question according to his or her own needs.
I know that we women like to be told that we have a hard time limiting ourselves to the bare essentials, but since we are successful bossbabes, thanks god, we can handle that too! So away with rumors and here with the other tips.

Toiletries and personal care products essential for a business trip
Business travelers often stay in mid-range or upscale hotels. Here, some hygiene items are usually available in the room as standard. However, this does not apply to every star class and especially not abroad. Therefore, business travelers should be as meticulous with hygiene items as they are with preparing and packing their business papers. Above all, we should never neglect our hard-earned skin and hair care routine. For example, my body has forgiven me this mistake some time ago only after MONTHS and believe me my babes do not want to know how it feels! The following packing list includes all the important products that are crucial on a business trip.
- Shaver
- Eau de Toilette/Parfum, Deo
- Hair shampoo, shower gel
- Face cream, hand cream
- hairbrush
- Hair spray or gel, hair accessories
- Glasses or contact lenses incl. case/container and care products
- Makeup and makeup removal wipes or lotion
- Nail case, nail polish and nail polish remover
- Ear swabs, cotton pads
- tweezers
- Earplugs, sleeping mask
- Tampons or pads
- Paper tissues
- Travel hair dryer
- Toothbrush / Toothpaste, Dental Floss
Clothing for the business meeting and dinner in the evening
WHAT DO I WEAR? Is probably the most asked question of every woman per day, which accompanies her throughout her whoooooole life! Business trips sometimes require a comprehensive clothing list. If a suit is expected during the day, it can be either more casual or even more formal for the joint dinner. If you can’t estimate in advance exactly what social obligations await you on a business trip, you should be equipped for all eventualities. Girls, let’s make this trip our own fashion show by considering the following points.
- Dress clothes for any business meeting planned, with at least one pair of matching dress shoes to go with the different outfits
- Workout clothes and athletic shoes in case you want to use the hotel gym
- Bathing suit if there’s a hotel pool
- Yoga pants and casual clothing for the travel period
- Pajamas. Plan to sleep in something comfortable. You have the most flexibility with your nighttime wardrobe.
- Underwear and socks
Packing suitcases for a longer-term business trip is not easy. After all, the wardrobe should be presentable at the destination. If you’re going on a beach vacation, you can walk around in a wrinkled shirt. And nobody would care, but at an important business meeting, this is usually unthinkable. Therefore another tip among us sisters:
If, despite all the care taken at the destination, the suit or costume shows creases, travelers should immediately hang the clothes on the shower wall in their hotel and turn on the hot water. After a while, the hot steam will smooth out the unsightly wrinkles. Alternatively, an ironing service is available in upscale hotels or the room has its own ironing board and iron.
First aid kit
An enormous time difference often causes headaches and circulatory problems. Those who nevertheless need to have all seven senses concentrated in order to shine at a business meeting abroad need certain aids and medications.
- Travel tablets
- Headache tablets
- nose drops
- medicine against cold symptoms
- Caffeine preparation against fatigue
- Valerian preparation for calming down
- allergy tablets
- Plaster
- cream against insect bites
- personal medication
- vitamin tablets

Let’s reduce our stress level in this context to the minimum. The next trip can come and we are certainly already looking forward to use this ULTIMATE list.
